LEARN Upstate is looking for energetic, optimistic, flexible, part-time instructors who are:

• Currently working towards, or already holds, a bachelor's degree Enjoys working, and building relationships, with kids of all ages, primarily with teenagers. Comfortable with Secondary Science instruction.

Requirements:

• Supervise, encourage and motivate students during instruction hour while they work through their lessons Reward and encourage students for completed assignments Evaluate and document student progress Evaluate and Communicate student needs to the LEARN Owner and parents for the development of collaborative learning approach Develop a relationship with students, encouraging them to build on their individual uniqueness while establishing a fun learning environment Glass half full approach!
