We are undertaking an aggressive digital transformation agenda in Home Lending, which builds on the success of the current mobile and online service offerings while investing in innovative ways to deepen customer engagement and profitability through the use of digital channels.
We are seeking a proven and highly effective Marketing Manager to help drive the strategy for the Organic Search (SEO) channel within Chase Home Lending. You will be particularly focused on leading our internal and external creative resources to develop and implement new/refreshed content, partner with other cross-functional teams to ensure the site experience is optimal for maximizing SEO value and implement new innovative strategies to help increase keyword rankings and discoverability.
Job Responsibilities
As a member of the Digital Marketing Home Lending team, you will develop and drive the roadmap and execution strategy within the SEO channel. A key component is the implementation of a content calendar with special consideration to customer personas to better educate, map to customer goals, and on-board into the product(s).
You will act as a data-driven strategic thinker who possesses strong digital marketing skills in order to drive a solution from inception through delivery.
Some specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and define the SEO roadmap, identify opportunities for 10X content, expand the keyword footprint and increase topic authority to improve discoverability. Position the channel for growth!
- Provide tactical, executional, and strategic leadership across our Home Lending SEO and content functions
- Work with editorial partners to ideate, develop, review and edit financial editorial content with SEO best practices in mind while understanding brand voice and tone
- Perform various SEO Audits to maintain the health of the channel, integrate new strategies, and execute SEO learning agenda
- Analyze performance metrics and mine for insights to uncover new opportunities for growth
- Act as a thought leader for the overall digital vision and roadmap
- Own and proactively identify issues and drive resolutions end-to-end
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Manage projects effectively through all internal processes for approval
- Be a customer advocate – champion consistent and seamless user experiences across all assets and channels

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- BA/BS degree
- A proven track record for driving results through SEO
- 7 years of SEO and digital marketing experience with expertise in content creation
- Established track record of delivery of results in a complex environment. Has experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written) with relevant stakeholders to gain buy-in
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
