Building Automation Specialist
Location: Various locations - Vermont and Maine
Compensation: 80 - 100K

What we are looking for:
3 years of experience with HVAC control systems, including installation and/or service, point-to-point check-out, troubleshooting, and programming experience
Diversity of controls system knowledge - proprietary systems and Niagara (N4) integration expertise highly valued
Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, AHU’s, VAV’s, boilers, chillers etc.
Mechanical aptitude and controls systems knowledge, including ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
BACnet, MODbus and/or Lonworks experience
Polished professional – someone that loves the technology and works to hone their craft.
Motivated team player with customer focused attitude.
Computer skills including MS Office, Windows, File Structure, AutoCAD, VISIO, and basic TCP/IP network structure and web navigation
Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Looking for a well-trained specialist.
