JOB DESCRIPTION:

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialist's primary responsibility will be to enhance the online visibility of our digital assets and improve organic search rankings. A key role in optimizing website content, implementing SEO strategies, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure our web presence aligns with best practices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in targeted keywords.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve relevancy and visibility.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content.
• Identify and resolve technical issues affecting site performance, crawlability, and indexing.
• Implement structured data markup and other technical optimizations.
• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase the website's authority.
• Monitor and analyze backlink profiles, disavow toxic links, and build high-quality backlinks.
• Provide regular performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make informed recommendations.
• Keep abreast of industry changes and updates to search engine algorithms.
• Implement strategies to adapt to the evolving SEO landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and marketing teams.
• Communicate SEO strategies, recommendations, and results effectively.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, computer science, or related field
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have above-average communication and collaboration abilities
• Must have up-to-date knowledge SEO trends and best practices
• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must have the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
