    Essential Functions:

    • Devise, direct, and coordinate all marketing plans associated with a product deployment or

    significant extension of existing products.

    • Develop and maintain the department’s policies and procedures to include reviewing the

    department’s policies and procedures and identifying the need for new or revisions to
    existing; collecting drafts; reviewing for content and format; coordinating revisions and
    updates; acquiring required approvals; and submitting for posting.

    • May be required to act as department lead on projects. Administer the department’s project

    management program, including collecting data; reviewing to ensure it is complete,
    coherent, and feasible; coordinating corrections and updates; monitoring deadlines and
    other key dates and follow-up, as appropriate; analyzing actual against planned
    performance, and preparing reports for department management.

    • Create and initiate sales promotions and campaigns designed to acquire, retain, or win

    back customers and provide excellent value for the customer. Investigate methods of sales
    and promotions that ensure at least the minimum desired return and motivate the sales
    team to succeed.

    • Coordinate sales efforts and actively manage sales team activities to target market

    segments and achieve company revenue objectives.

    • May be required to prepare reports and analyze related departmental operations.
    • Ensure internal customers are equipped with adequate promotional material, including in-store displays, signage, and coordinate employee education for new and existing

    products. Cooperate with sales force and contracted sales
    groups to establish sales targets for managed products. Assists in providing guidance and
    tools for meeting targets, monitoring results, and developing corrective strategies if actual is
    not meeting targets.

    • Serve as a resource for peers and Marketing Specialists, or others who are less

    experienced, provide mentoring, and assume a proactive role in improving operations to
    meet Company objectives.

    • Assist in marketing’s plan to obtain qualified leads through demand generation efforts and

    the lead handoff process.

    • May be required to review, secure approvals, and track departmental invoices and expenses

    including agency, media billings, and trade accounts.

    • Work cross-functionally with all departments to develop comprehensive plans that meet

    revenue targets and strategic company objectives.

    • May be required to lead/participate in planning and management of hosted and sponsored

    business events to ensure proper staffing, supplies, etc., as needed to maintain or improve
    the company’s public image.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    Working Under Pressure - Ability to complete assigned tasks under fast-paced environment and stressful situations.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent combination of training and experience in sales and marketing experience in sales production, preferably in telecommunications or other highly technical industries can be substituted year for year
    Experience: Four (4) years of progressive sales or marketing experience in technical field or
    services industry. At least one (1) year experience at comparable technical or service-related industry outside of the company.
    Computer Skills: High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Preferred: Marketing Automation (Eloqua) and CRM (SFDC).
