This Seamstress position within our company will require someone who has a strong industrial sewing machine experience and an impeccable attention to detail in order to work in an extremely fast paced environment.

Responsibilities :
- Operate an industrial sewing machine working with stretch fabric
- Trim fabric to size and work to generate finished goods, using templates for optimal production speed
- Trouble shoot material usage and best method of finishing
- Check for quality of work after the completion of each order
- Manage multiple sewing projects at a time
- Effectively communicate with others sewing and the production team to meet deadlines
- Measure all employees against Quest’s policies and procedure guidelines
- Comply with safety programs and policies

- Must have 3-5 years of industrial sewing experience
- Must have experience with zippers, stretch fabric & using hot knives
- Preferred to have experience with large format sewing applications in a production setting
- Previous leadership and management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
