Scrum Master, Sr. jobs in Oklahoma City, OK

JMA Solutions, a leading government contractor for the Federal Aviation Administration, has a full-time opportunity for a Scrum Master to assist the National Airspace System (NAS) Defense Programs (NDP) Engineering Air Route Radar Systems located in Oklahoma City, OK.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master in the Oklahoma City area to provide team and branch-level support and leadership to assist with meeting client needs and objectives.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Works closely with the Product Owners (POs) and stakeholders (internal & external) as ScrumMaster of multiple scrum teams consisting of engineers, developers, technicians, tech writers, and other SMEs to
  • Finalize requirements and maintain product backlog.
  • Write clear User Stories and acceptance criteria and gain consensus from POs
  • Tracking initiatives to completion in Jira, updating plans and documentation in Confluence and Lucid
• Contribute to Release Planning activities to establish agile release trains for the program
• Collaborate with the Product Owner(s) at the start of each sprint to prioritize the team backlog, set work priorities,

determine team velocity, identify risk, request outside resources, and collaborate with scrum team members to assign user stories.

• Facilitate and participate in PI planning, sprint planning, daily scrums, scrum of scrum, sprint reviews, sprint demo meetings, and backlog grooming meetings.

• Perform the role of Scrum Master
• Practice core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and practices continuous improvement.
• Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress.
• Provide status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery.
• Deliver client presentations and assist in the completion of required PO/SM deliverables.
• Work independently, take ownership, and complete tasks effectively using available resources with minimal guidance.
• ScrumMaster certification

• PMP certification is a plus

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

EDUCATION: Must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.  A degree in a Technology or Engineering related field is preferred.  Certified ScrumMaster.
