Assumes a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. Being a Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and removes impediments to progress. Facilitates sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Additionally, Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and manages the backlog. Supports, coaches and mentors team members. Tracks daily sprint progress and maintain schedules. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM). You will assist the software development teams to be more effective via a Scrum Master role. We want someone excited to apply their knowledge, experience, and creativity. The primary responsibility will be to partner with Product Owners and development teams to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, communicating delivery of work product from the development team, reviewing team practices, enabling efficient team on-boarding, monitoring team health, and escalating key risks and issues. You will also be a part of the ScrumMaster team and expected to work with managers and other stakeholders to identify and address systemic impediments.
