Facilitates sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Additionally, Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and manages the backlog. Supports, coaches and mentors team members. Tracks daily sprint progress and maintain schedules. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM). We are currently hiring a Scrum Master for our Financial Planning & Analysis Product. The preferred location for this position is our Beachwood, OH corporate office, but Moon Township, PA and Galesburg, MI would also be considered.
As Scrum Master, you will oversee and manage multiple product and software development teams as a servant leader. You will help ensure that teams follow and understand Agile practices and Scrum framework values, instill a culture of continuous learning and process improvement, and drive adoption of Agile mindset and scaling within the enterprise.
In this position, you will enable and drive team self-facilitation and self-accountability. You will support the teams' ability to eliminate impediments and help the team grow into a self-organizing team. You will work directly with Product Owners, engineers and other product team members to execute the product roadmap, guide the product development lifecycle, help create user stories, manage the product backlog, assist with value-based prioritization and improved focus.
