Scrum Master coordinates a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework. Assumes a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. Being a Scrum Master identifies and removes impediments to progress. Facilitates sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Additionally, Scrum Master identifies and manages the backlog. Supports, coaches and mentors team members. Tracks daily sprint progress and maintain schedules. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Typically reports to a director. The Scrum Master occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Operations Support Maintenance Tech
  • Drilling Tools Master
  • Midland, TX FULL_TIME
  • Responsible for the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment at assigned districts. Industrial Maintenance Techs are expected to adhere all safety and quality policies of Drilling Tools International, Inc.

    Experience:

    • 1-3 Years’ experience as a maintenance tech
    • 1-3 years’ experience machining
    • 1-3 years’ experience of basic operations of various types of machinery. Ex, manlifts, lathes, mills, grinders
    • 1-3 years’ experience working safely with high voltage.
    • Familiarity of API threads
    • Previous QC inspection and tool measurement experience
    • Experienced operator of various forklifts and a variety of industrial machinery
    • Knowledge and experience with various welding techniques including MIG, stick, and oxy / acetylene
    • Extensive knowledge and operation of various tools, machinery and maintenance / repair procedures

    Key Responsibilities/ Essential Functions of the Position:

    • Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
    • Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
    • Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.
    • Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
    • Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
    • Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
    • Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
    • Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
    • Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
    • Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
    • Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
    • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks.
    • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
    • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to perform PM’s and basic repairs with limited supervision
    • Ability to continue with basic tasks unsupervised
    • Familiar with and must execute all safety and loto procedures
    • Be available as needed to travel to other districts
    • Ability to communicate verbal and written on technical issues.
    • Ability to record specifications for quality and performance purposes
    • Must be able to read and interpret charts, drawings and blueprints
    • Must be able to read, interpret and follow work instructions
    • Computer skills preferred (MS Office WORD / EXCEL)
