The Digital Technology Services (DTS) Scrum Master primary duties may include coaching and mentoring the scrum teams in all areas including Scrum Ceremonies like Sprint planning, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily stand-up, encouraging collaboration within the scrum team and Product Owners, supporting the team and the Product Owner and helping with communication across Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) network. This role is expected to help the Scrum team remove external and internal blockers/impediments and shield them from external distractions. Should steer the scrum team towards the sprint goals and assist the Product Owner with Backlog refinement. Should be innovators who constantly seek ways to improve themselves and the team.
