Assumes a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. Being a Scrum Master identifies and removes impediments to progress. Facilitates sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Additionally, Scrum Master identifies and manages the backlog. Supports, coaches and mentors team members. Tracks daily sprint progress and maintain schedules. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Typically reports to a director. The Scrum Master occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Responsibilities:- Partner with outside sales team to expand products and customer base.
- Collects market intelligence from customers regarding competitive situations, competitor pricing, and market situations plus, and informs Branch Manager.
- Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractors and retail customers to process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
- Consult with clients/customers after sales to provide ongoing support.
- Prepares job order quotations based upon customer requests and information.
- Communicate by phone or email with customers from the time of order to the time of shipment.
Qualifications:- High School graduate or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of customer service/sales experience.
- Excellent phone and customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Computer literate and proficiency in MS applications (EXCEL required).
