- Develop and execute cleaning validation protocols, including risk assessments, cleaning procedures, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Execute cleaning validation studies for required equipment and processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Perform visual inspection, swab sampling, and rinse sampling to assess cleaning effectiveness and specified requirements.
- Perform recovery studies when required.
- Participate and assist with cleaning validation training programming.
- Analyze data and findings, identifying any issues and effectively implement improvements/mitigate risks.
- Write, review, develop, and ensure all required documentation for cleaning validation activities is accurately recorded and compliant.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and progress.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance in cleaning validation activities, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
- Additional responsibilities as required in order to drive project success.

- Bachelor's Degree in related engineering discipline.
- 3-5 years of cleaning validation experience within the pharmaceutical/life science industry.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and quality standards.
- Experienced developing and executing cleaning validation protocols, risk assessments, and required technical documentation.
- Proven experience with rinse and swab sampling.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and commitment to ensuring quality and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
