The Role:

• Execute tactics for building traffic and growing customer base through online media and SEO
  

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine the optimal marketing mix and target accounts to achieve business goals
  

• Support execution of Services strategy through defining and executing marketing programs and campaigns (online and offline) in collaboration with the Sr. Global Marketing Manager – Services 
  

• Develop and execute defined tactics including tradeshows and digital campaigns focused on services, creating customer engagement and promotion to generate leads.  Knowledge of content marketing, digital advertising, organic search, paid search, social media and prioritization of web content preferred.
  

  • Upholds and promotes application of brand standards
    

  • Provides project leadership, coordination and communication around project status with clients; identifying opportunities to collaborate with internal resources/departments; and supports overall project flow between stakeholders.  Ex: internal, agencies, web developers, IT…
    

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.  Master degree a plus
  

• 3-5 years work experience in the management of brand/products and/or services.  Experience is pharmaceuticals, medical devices/tech, biotech companies and/or drug combination products is preferred.
  

• Demonstrated ability to create and execute marketing plans and programs and manage and optimize campaigns including online and offline components
  

• Experience with online advertising and online awareness and acquisition campaigns and campaigns to increase sales preferred.
  

• Experience with social media campaigns.   Experience with technically executing (ex: set up audiences and manage media buys in LinkedIn) a plus.
  

• Experience developing and executing web strategy and content to achieve customer and business goals
  

• Basic knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms and CRM systems preferred.  Examples include: Marketo marketing automation platform, Ingenuix web, Adobe CMS, SalesForce.com CRM
  

  • Knowledge of HTML coding, PhotoShop and/or multi-media design with Video and other interactive graphics systems a plus
    

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
    

  • Presentation ability to convey messaging and positioning through simple, effective style that is clear, fresh and concise
    

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of team, with a proactive and creative attitude
    

  • Ambitious and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment
