This position is primarily responsible for coordinating the functions, activities, work and record keeping of the Superintendent’s Office and Nicolet Union High School District School Board. QUALIFICATIONS

Perform multiple, non-technical tasks with a need to occasionally upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions. Specific skill-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: operating standard office equipment including pertinent software applications; planning and managing projects; preparing and maintaining accurate records, and utilizing delegated authority.

A background check, drug test, and physical are required for the selected candidate to pass before being officially hired.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Previous education, training, work or life experience which provides reasonable evidence of the successful performance of the various tasks listed. Such experience may be evidenced by some computer training. A high school diploma is required.

Preferred degree in education, communications, business or related fields or at a minimum outstanding achievement in high school and/or technical college.

Job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.

Five years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience, at least one of which has been as a secretary or office manager to a top executive in a school district or large private or public organization within the last five years.
