Position Title: Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent
Reports to: Superintendent
FLSA Designation: Non-exempt
Calendar: 12 month
SUMMARY: Assists Superintendent, Board of Education Members and District Administrators by performing secretarial duties such as typing, responding to phone calls and maintains files. Acts as liaison between District and community, Superintendent and parents, and Superintendent and staff. An ideal candidate will have advanced organization, communication, and record keeping skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
