We have an opening for a Scheduler who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking a Scheduler to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

Scheduler Primary Responsibilities:

• Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
• Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays
• Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
• Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process
• Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients

Scheduler Requirements:

• Experience – One year of experience in a home care setting preferred
• Education – High school diploma
• Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills
• Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals who are self-motivated and willing to learn.
