Director
The Director, in the Office of Communications will be responsible for the leadership, direction, and daily operation of public relations and executive level content creation. Various responsibilities include ensuring proactive community outreach and positive public relations.
Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the district.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. Degree in educational leadership, administration/supervision, or related field preferred
Experience: Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in education or project management related field, with three (3) years of related management or supervisory experience preferred.
Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: Florida Professional Educator Certificate in Educational Leadership, School Principal, or Administration and Supervision preferred.
