Sarbanes Oxley Director directs programs, policies, and practices to ensure the organization is in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Oversees development and testing of internal controls regarding the reporting financial results. Being a Sarbanes Oxley Director contributes to the development of organization-wide SOX compliance strategies, identifying process deficiencies and recommending improvements as necessary. The Goddard School of South Windsor, CT is a unique and exciting, premier childcare program, specifically tailored for children from Infants to Pre-kindergarteners. We operate 12 months a year, and our focus is on early childhood development creating young, excited learners. This is a brand-new center, opening in Spring 2023.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative self-starter to join our team and lead this program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in early childhood education, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of management experience. There are endless opportunities for the creative mind to build our programming for young children. Job Requirements: This candidate will need a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field. Additionally, 3 years or more of management experience is preferred. Strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong working knowledge of technology is necessary to thrive in this role. The successful candidate will also be a collaborator, self-motivated, highly organized, prepared, and able to multitask. There is minimal travel for training.
