    • Data-Driven Decision Making :Set up analytics tools and define KPIs for measuring marketing successes, with initial analysis and strategy refinement completed within 30 days.
    • Paid Search and Advertising Efficiency: Maintain ROAS of 15% in paid search campaigns across all channels and increase ad reach by 30% within 60 days.
    • Email Marketing and CRM Optimization: Clean and segment the list of 100k previous customer emails. Launch targeted campaigns within 30 days. Increase email marketing conversion rates by 20% MoM and enhance Salesforce CRM segmentation for targeted marketing within 60 days.
    • Team Leadership and Resource Leveraging: Recruit 2 marketing specialists and onboard 5 contractors for repeatable tasks within 30 days. Develop a comprehensive marketing playbook detailing processes and best practices within 60 days.

    1. Proven Experience in E-Commerce Growth: At least 7 years of experience in digital and growth marketing within e-commerce, with a successful and proven history of scaling businesses to over $25M in revenue through innovative strategies.
    2. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or e-commerce are highly desirable.
    3. Expertise in Multi-Channel Marketing: Proficiency in creating and executing marketing plans across SEO, paid search, social media, email, and affiliate channels to enhance growth and engagement.
    4. Performance Metrics Mastery: Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics tools to measure marketing performance, set and exceed KPIs, and continuously optimize strategies for maximum impact.
