Sales and Marketing Director oversees an organization's sales and marketing programs. Develops strategic sales and marketing objectives. Being a Sales and Marketing Director establishes sales territories and quotas, manages budgets and evaluates sales performance. Manages and develops marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support and online promotions. Additionally, Sales and Marketing Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Sales and Marketing Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Sales and Marketing Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Position Details :
Weekly pay - $25.00 base-appt, commissions available based on performance. Sales reps can earn more, but the base pay means they can still earn an income even if they have an off week.
Flexible Schedules Reps enjoy being able to set their own schedule so they can plan their work around classes, other jobs, internships, travel plans, and family obligations.
Product We work with Cutco products which are products used in the kitchen and some outdoor tools as well. Prior experience work or sales experience is not required.
Choice of location Reps work from home or locally after training. Most meetings and training are held in the office.

- All ages 18 or 17 and a high school graduate

- Willing to learn and apply new skills
Who would do well here :
People who have done well here have had prior experience in customer service, fast food, server, cashier, retail, and as a receptionist.
We’ve had people who have done well with us who had no prior work experience. We welcome all applicants who have a positive attitude and who are willing to learn new skills.
