Sales Training Manager manages a team of trainers that create and deliver sales training programs that support an effective and motivated sales force. Partners with senior sales managers to assess training needs and develop programs focused on product knowledge and effective sales techniques and that will enable the sales team to maximize revenue potential. Being a Sales Training Manager monitors and analyzes sales team performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training and design follow up or ongoing programs as needed. Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role the Commercial Sales Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the sales training curriculum for UPLIZNA in the United States
You will serve as the primary training lead for the NMOSD sales team and lead the development of product, disease state and any associated training needs. This individual will also be cross trained on UPLIZNA for IgG4-RD and may assist with ad-hoc training needs for the brand. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, diligent, and self-motivated individual that excels in a fast-paced environment and is interested in joining a growing organization.
Success in this role will require strong cross-functional relationships, crucial communications, tactical plans supporting the brand strategy, and a dedication to an impactful Commercial Training and Development culture.

Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 2 years of sales/commercial leadership training experience
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of sales/commercial leadership training experience
Associate’s degree and 8 years of sales/commercial leadership training experience
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of sales/commercial leadership training experience
