Sales Training Manager manages a team of trainers that create and deliver sales training programs that support an effective and motivated sales force. Partners with senior sales managers to assess training needs and develop programs focused on product knowledge and effective sales techniques and that will enable the sales team to maximize revenue potential. Being a Sales Training Manager monitors and analyzes sales team performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training and design follow up or ongoing programs as needed. Has strong knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques. Additionally, Sales Training Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Sales Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Training Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Hi-Rise Fitness is the nation's largest luxury apartment Personal Training company. We provide Personal Training to apartment residents in the convenience of their apartment gym. We are looking for an Area Sales Manager in your market. ASM's go into luxury apartment buildings and work through the property management team to introduce our services to their residents. Once services are introduced, ASM shows up and enroll residents who want a trainer. ASMs are not responsible for any training or hiring of trainers. They just sell training to apartment residents and pass their info on to the Corporate Office for trainer assignment.
ASM's receive a 100% commission on anything they sell. The average payment collected during the sale is $850. Our average ASM enrolls 12-15 new clients per month. There are also monthly unit bonuses. Pay is 1099 so no taxes are withheld.
Our CEO will be managing the new ASM's directly. He is a fitness mogul who has become the dominant player in luxury apartment PT sales.
If you are entrepreneurial, motivated, and can sell, this is a unique opportunity. We are hiring immediately and ASM's can start as soon as Monday, March 11.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
