Sales Training Director oversees an organization's sales training programs to support an effective and motivated sales force. Conducts initial needs analysis to determine knowledge gaps and training needs. Being a Sales Training Director focuses on delivery and materials that provide effective, engaging, and results-driven training. Monitors participants' results and uses them to improve or enhance training and provide additional development programs. Additionally, Sales Training Director has strong knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Sales Training Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Sales Training Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Position Opens:     April 8, 2024


    Position Description: The Director of Service Coordination (DSC) is responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of services in the residential, vocational, and day services programs at Northern Hills Training Center.  The DSC will be responsible for communication coordination between parents/guardians to the respective departments.  The DSC will also be the central communicator between NHTC and External Case Management companies to ensure that services and support for individuals are appropriately identified and implemented between both parties.  The DSC will be responsible for ensuring strong communication and coordination between programs, between families/guardians, and ensuring accountability of the programs.

    Education Requirements/Experience:  Bachelors from an Accredited College or University is required.  Preferred field of study in Special Education/Disabilities.  2 years of experience in the Human Service Field.


    Hours:  Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and available for emergencies.

                                                                

    Wage:  Salaried exempt at $28.00 - $32.00/hr. DOEQ.  Salary covers all hours worked beyond the hours listed.
