Role Overview:

The Training Coordinator, also known as the LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator, plays a pivotal role in our company's learning and development initiatives. This individual is responsible for the comprehensive management of our LMS/Sales Focus Academy, ensuring the effective design, delivery, and maintenance of training resources.

The role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts to develop and implement engaging eLearning courses and classroom training programs, tailored to various needs including orientation, sales performance, and professional development activities. The Training Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining detailed training records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing and operating a Learning Management System.
• Experience in creating, developing, and implementing eLearning and classroom training programs.
• Strong technical skills and ability to provide support and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent reporting and record-keeping skills.

Work Schedule

• This is a full-time, in office position requiring 40 hours per week.
