The Personal Training management manages this department by hiring the right sales and personal training staff personally giving members introductory assessments and achieving department sales goals. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to advance. They receive paid vacation, full medical benefits. They are paid hourly, plus commissions, bonuses and receive a complimentary club membership
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or in a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate clients
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide clear instructions
- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote personal training services and attract new clients
- Basic math skills for tracking client progress and managing financial transactions
Please note that fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required.
