Kona Brewing Hawaii has an immediate opening for a Director of Restaurant & Retail Operations, Hawaii. This position will report directly to the President.
This position will be responsible for advancing the brand identity of the restaurants through beer, food, service and the overall guest experience.

Trains, leads/managers and supervises staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with KBH’s policies and applicable laws. PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Minimum of 10 years of progressive restaurant leadership. A track record of success in high end brands an upward career movement. Experience in a beer branded environment is a plus.
Must possess and demonstrate strong leadership skills to maximize employee potential and execute department goals and objectives.
Catering and event experience is strongly desired.
Familiarity with Federal, State, and local safety and health regulations.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite products.
