A proactive strategic partner
As the leader responsible for training, you will instill new and existing team members with the skills and knowledge they need to uphold the highest standards in customer service and hospitality, food safety, sanitation, and organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a training plan and ensuring that our team members have a great first 100 days on the job. You will regularly evaluate training efficiency and make necessary changes to continue to provide excellent training experiences to our team.
A compassionate teacher, coach, and mentor

We will count on you to fiercely protect and embody our values of stewardship, teamwork, personal growth, and empathy as you train our people.
