The primary purpose of this position is to work with our Customer Sales Associates (CSA) in the field calling on their assigned accounts to train them on proper sales techniques, developing new business, sales planning, and call reporting.
Part-Time, Hourly – Not benefit eligible (Under 24 hours weekly), two - three 8 hour days weekly.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Travel to different Amtower NAPA locations in WV daily to work with the CSA in the market calling on their assigned accounts. A company car would be available from nearest Amtower NAPA location to pick up at the beginning of the shift for stores more than 25 miles from your place of residence.
- Communicate with COO to create a work schedule (two weeks in advance) and then communicate that schedule with the CSAs.
- Train the CSA to have a daily and weekly plan for their calls.
- Train the CSAs to have a customer specific business plan for each assigned account to grow Amtower NAPA’s market share.
- Train the CSAs how to recognize and approach new business opportunities.
- Train the CSAs in professionalism and approach with their customers.
- Train the CSAs in call reporting and using their call logs in business planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- 5 years automotive aftermarket sales experience.
- Proven success in an outside sales role demonstrated by consistent sales target attainment and market share growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
