The role:
Our Sales Enablement Team's mission is to enable our 350 Sales department to perpetually deliver and improve. This includes onboarding, continuous development, and cross functional alignment and communication.
As our first-ever US-based Sales Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the training programs for our sales team. Our US team currently has about 70 salespeople in various functions (think Sales Development, Sales Executives, Account Managers, Implementation Specialists, etc) with significant growth plans for 2024. You would be developing, coordinating, and delivering training to get newbies up to speed, as well as help our existing team level up their skills through on-going topical and necessary training. At times, you'll also support these efforts for our global sales team through strong collaboration with your European teammates.

We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our Boston or Chicago hub.
