Compensation Range: A My Wireless AT&T Sales Trainer will earn up to $26.00 per hour and receive generous benefits. 

 

My Wireless, an authorized retailer for AT&T, is looking for an experienced AT&T Sales Trainer to develop skills for our AT&T Wireless Store Team Members. As an AT&T Sales Trainer, your mission will be to develop, implement, and administer training programs that evaluate, measure, and improve team member performance. An AT&T Sales Trainer designs training strategies and processes that measure outcomes for new hires, identify areas for improvement, and align new hires to organizational goals. You will Identify the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve performance improvements. Lastly, an AT&T Sales Trainer encourages culture and foster our mission by implementing tools, training, and communication.

 

The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience working with AT&T Sales Associates in a similar development position.

While performing the duties of this job, most of the time is spent standing and walking around, moving about for prolonged periods of time, and occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Other movements may include climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and fine handling of display materials and merchandise. Dexterity is required.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include being able to work with small parts in mobile phones and being able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time. These requirements can be met by the individual’s use of eyeglasses or contacts.
