Sales Support Representative, Sr. provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team. Duties may include order processing/entry, record keeping, response to customer inquiries and RFP. Being a Sales Support Representative, Sr. generates reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics. Coordinates customer and prospect meetings and events. Additionally, Sales Support Representative, Sr. prepares presentation materials and exhibits. Trains and supports the sales team on systems, processes, and procedures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or team leader. The Sales Support Representative, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. BECOMING OUR AUTO SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Schedule :
Your schedule will be full-time, working five days a week between Monday and Saturday. Shifts will be eight hours during store hours of 9 AM to 8 PM, with overtime availability to accommodate customer needs.
Day-to-Day :
As an Auto Sales Representative, your role is vital to our success. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting test drives, and closing sales on both vehicles and additional services such as warranties and paint protection.
Your dedication and enthusiasm will drive our business forward, providing customers with an exceptional experience at every step of the journey.
Qualifications :
- Sales experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Having at least 2 years of car sales experience and a car salesman license is preferred but not required. Being assertive, a good listener, customer-focused, energetic, organized, a positive thinker, and a problem solver is a plus!
