Position: Customer Support Sales Representative

Location: Kauai, HI

Experience: Two years (2) customer service and point of sale (POS) system experience

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: M-F w/ alternating Saturday - 7am to 12pm

Pay: $20/hour

Employers Options is seeking Customer Support Sales Representatives to join our growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Answer calls from customers and greet walk in customers assisting them in finding the right equipment or part for their job.
• Complete reservation requests in Alert with complete and accurate details of both customer information and job details. Input missed rentals on system when unable to secure rental.
• Communicate with office team members at branches upcoming reservations in a clear and efficient manner via phone, email, Google Chat, or any other medium deemed appropriate.
• Resolve customer issues at a base level. Escalate to office team as applicable or management for difficult or complicated issues.
• Process payments and close tickets.
• Restock supplies and parts in showroom.
• Perform misc. administrative tasks to keep office running smoothly.

Position Requirements:

• Two (2) years Call Center experience preferred
• Two (2) years construction equipment rentals and sales experience preferred
• Experience working with POS system (Alert) preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable and hardworking
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
