Working under direct supervision of the Manager, Sales Operations, selecting from a variety of established procedures to plan and accomplish responsibilities and goals, the Sales Support Rep is assigned to one or more Executive, Senior Executive or Presidential Account Managers to assist them in the day to day fulfillment of orders and resolving customer issues on assigned accounts. The role acts as a support resource for the day to day transactions, to allow the Account Manager time and opportunity to network through their existing accounts to expand business. The Sales Support Rep minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open order processing and customer service issues for resolution.
