We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 19 years of experience and 16 locations .

Our Growth has been driven by the success of our sales team along with their quick advancement within the organization.

Compensation :

You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 19% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals.

The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization. You will receive 8 Weeks of onboarding pay $6,000 commission, and bonus opportunities.

What You'll Do :

• Work satellite in Bartlesville, Oklahoma under mentorship of Wichita Branch.
• Travel to predetermined areas that have recently experienced storm damage and assess damage on single-family roofs
• Build relationships with homeowners and guide homeowners through the insurance and roof replacement process.
• Recommend upgrades or additional options based on their specific requirements.
• Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success
• Attend weekly sales meetings.

Note : Our Senior Sales Reps are trained to close. If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Premier! We provide weekly onboarding pay for the first 8 weeks, including any commission.
