Job description

We have an opening for an experienced Inside Sales | Office Support professional in our Nashua NH area location. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, busy construction supplier/distributor company. The position is responsible for communicating and following up with current and prospective customers, supporting the sales and office teams, and providing excellent customer service.

Job details

• Work cooperatively with management, all other office and remote personnel, and sales team to handle quote requests, manage inbound customer calls and emails, and other responsibilities related to delivery of products and services to our customers

• Respond to customer inquiries, by phone and by email

• Process customer orders, coordinate with production and dispatch regarding availability of products, shipping dates, quote pricing, fill orders to customer specifications

• Apply industry principles to address customer needs

• Provide solutions and recommend appropriate products

• Provide exceptional customer service
