Sales Support Representative, Sr. jobs in Memphis, TN

Description:

Handle all of the basic data entry, maintaining customer information and reporting for customers. They are essentially the 'feeders' to the Account Managers. They will provide quotes and follow up with former/current businesses.

• Supports Account Managers in meeting the customer's needs.
• Enters customer orders and quotes into the computer system.
• Research and follow up on open customer orders.
• Responsible to keep those open order reports current.
• Processes Return Authorizations.
• Obtain Proof of Deliveries for customers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Aids in general clerical work such as correspondence & filing.
• Researches to find products not currently in the portfolio.
• Enters, processes and maintains Quality event records.
• Accounts Receivable follow up with customers
