Sales Support Representative, Sr. provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team. Duties may include order processing/entry, record keeping, response to customer inquiries and RFP. Additionally, Sales Support Representative, Sr. prepares presentation materials and exhibits. Trains and supports the sales team on systems, processes, and procedures. Tentative Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM (40 Hours/Week). OT Expected.
Job Summary
The position provides comprehensive student support for the Maricopa Student Support Center and works collaboratively with a team to provide customer service predominantly through correspondence/communicating via technology tools. The role operates with the highest level of customer service to a diverse population of students, staff, and faculty via email, chat, and text messaging to support enrollment services, financial aid, password reset assistance, and general questions.
This position works at the Wood Street location in Phoenix. This may be a work from home position on a part-time or full-time basis.
Essential Functions
60% - Provides comprehensive correspondence about enrollment services, financial aid, and password reset assistance via email, chat, and text to prospective and current students, staff, and faculty.
20% - Collects, inputs, modifies, and verifies student information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Student Information System (SIS), and other tools.
10% - Assists with training, quality assurance, and/or other projects pertinent to the daily operations of the Maricopa Student Support Center.
10% - Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of clerical, administrative office support or related experience.
