Sales Support Representative jobs in Washington
Sales Support Representative provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team. Duties may include order processing/entry, record keeping, response to customer inquiries and RFP. Being a Sales Support Representative generates reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics. Coordinates customer and prospect meetings and events. Additionally, Sales Support Representative prepares presentation materials and exhibits. Trains and supports the sales team on systems, processes, and procedures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or team leader. The Sales Support Representative work is closely managed. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
- Showcase our extensive inventory of vehicles to prospective buyers
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed product demonstrations
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
- Negotiate sales contracts and facilitate a smooth transaction process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales or customer service
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Prior experience in automotive sales is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
