Job Description: As a Sales Support Specialist at Jedco Sales, Inc., you will be an integral part of our team, working alongside our sales department to build and maintain strong relationships with our valued client partners. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional communication, customer service, identifying client needs, and offering customized promotional solutions to meet their marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cultivate and nurture business-to-business relationships with current client partners through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
· Understand client goals and marketing objectives to offer tailored promotional ideas, branded products, and corporate apparel solutions.
· Collaborate with outside sales rep and clients to develop creative and high-value promotional strategies that align with their brand identity and target audience.
· Manage client inquiries, orders, and requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
· Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
· Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of client projects and orders.
· Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and market developments to provide clients with relevant and timely advice and recommendations.
· Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, problem-solving skills, and intuition in navigating the dynamic and fast-paced promotional product business.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Dependable and reliable, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software preferred.
Working Hours:
· 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
