We are one of the largest Freightliner/Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships in the Southeast. We are looking for a Service Director with strong customer communications skills, who is a proven leader and self-starter to lead our service team in Meridian, MS.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Technical support for our customers
• Provide accurate market information to leadership.
• Work closely with all departments and staff to exceed customer expectations
• Demonstrate the values of our Company to current and prospective customers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and characteristics:

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in management and automotive and/or heavy truck service experience
• Retail experience is needed.
• Energetic, Motivated, and Organized 
• Excellent communication and presentation Skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to Lead, Motivate, and Influence your team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), CRM databases, and other web-based programs
• Professionalism and follow through is a required.
• College graduate preferred; work experience will be considered in lieu of education.
