The primary purpose of this position is to gain practical work experience in Sales and Customer Support. This position offers the opportunity to work one on one with our customers as an Account Manager. Work with a variety of clients ranging from startups to high caliber.
Essential duties/Responsibilities:
• Engage with our customer via telephone, email, video chat and other digital platforms.
• Support our customers questions and advise on their current projects using tools and proven sales methods.
• Build relationships by working with customers and providing outstanding service.
• Provide administrative assistance on day-to-day client activities under our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Added tasks assigned as you gain experience, i.e. quoting, compliance, project updating, research projects.
