Sales Supervisor - Telesales oversees the daily activities of sales representatives with an assigned territory or portfolio of existing customers that primarily conduct remote sales calls. Utilizes marketing and field sales insights to understand customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competitors. Being an Sales Supervisor - Telesales implements sales strategies and supporting activities, including renewals, special offers, and discounts. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Sales Supervisor - Telesales monitors team progress towards meeting targets and provides strategic coaching in selling and relationship-building skills. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Sales Supervisor - Telesales supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Sales Supervisor - Telesales typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     • Provide administrative assistance on day-to-day client activities under our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
    • Added tasks assigned as you gain experience, i.e. quoting, compliance, project updating, research projects.
