Being an Sales Supervisor - Telesales implements sales strategies and supporting activities, including renewals, special offers, and discounts. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Sales Supervisor - Telesales monitors team progress towards meeting targets and provides strategic coaching in selling and relationship-building skills. May require an associate degree.
