Job Overview: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Telesales Consultant to join our sales team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into loyal customers for our residential cleaning services. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote our cleaning services 

• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls and emails 

• Provide product information and pricing to potential customers 

• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets 

• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system 

• Provide exceptional customer service, address any customer concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 

Requirements: 

• Minimimum 4 years proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients 

• Strong negotiation and closing skills 

• Self-motivated and results-driven 

• Ability to work independently and remotely 

• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools 

• Knowledge of the residential cleaning industry is a plus
