Sales Supervisor - Telesales oversees the daily activities of sales representatives with an assigned territory or portfolio of existing customers that primarily conduct remote sales calls. Utilizes marketing and field sales insights to understand customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competitors. Being an Sales Supervisor - Telesales implements sales strategies and supporting activities, including renewals, special offers, and discounts. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Sales Supervisor - Telesales monitors team progress towards meeting targets and provides strategic coaching in selling and relationship-building skills. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Sales Supervisor - Telesales supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Sales Supervisor - Telesales typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.   • Cleaver Brooks Sales and Service is looking for a Mobile Steam Supervisor to join our team in Dallas, TX. The Mobile Steam Supervisor will direct the daily operation of the CBSS Mobile Steam department (MSD) made up of a group of specialty Boiler Control Technicians and Boiler Mechanics. Coordinate MSD personnel and resources to ensure readiness of CBSS rental equipment. Supervise or assist all CBSS personnel as required with Installs, Start-ups, Trouble shooting, obtaining parts/material and documents of CBSS rental equipment; via phone, emails and/or site visits.  We are a 24/7 customer driven operation.

    Essential Functions:

    • This is a company wide driven position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to multi task and respond to CBSS and customer’s emergencies.
    • Technical sales and business development of opportunities with new and existing customers.
    • Proposal generation based upon customer needs.
    • Maintain daily schedule including future jobs
    • Review manpower requirements on a regular basis
    • Act as an initial technical resource for technicians and mechanics in the field and in the shop; and coordinate escalated responses
    • Schedule training for employees on an as needed basis
    • Moderate local travel, generally by vehicle
    • Position requires the constant and consistent exercise of intellect, judgment, and ability commensurate with supervisor positions in similar industries or situations.
    • Position requires regular exercise of problem solving and policy or procedure interpretation skills.
    • Ensure duties and company projects are accomplished in an efficient and cost effective manner.
    • Adhere to company policies.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Basic Requirements:

    Education:

    A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.  A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Liberal Arts is preferred.  Five years experience in a similar industrial/technical position may be substituted.

    Experience: 

    This position requires at least five years experience in a similar industrial/technical position.  Computer competency including Outlook, Word, Excel required.

    Physical Skill & Effort:

    Work requires computer proficiency, moderate typing speed and a high data input accuracy level.  Work involves fairly light and simple types of physical exertion.  Work environment may include dusty, cold, hot, elevated and confined locations.

    Working Conditions and Hazards:  

    Normal office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features.  Customer visits may include exposure to site specific hazards and safety requirements.
