You will oversee an outbound sales team of telesales representatives dedicated to serving Charter’s existing Residential customers and new business acquisition prospects. In this role, you will also manage sales efforts, coach and develop Telesales Representatives, and maintain all aspects of the outbound telemarketing operating structure. The Residential Telesales supervisor drives performance and processes adherence among their team, while collaborating with other teams.
