Lawn Maintenance Foreman

Outside Unlimited is a large commercial landscape and snow removal company located in Concord, New Hampshire. We are actively seeking a Lawn Maintenance Foreman.

The Lawn Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for the following:

· Performing Lawn & Landscape Maintenance at our commercial properties

· Experience using Exmark zero radius commercial mowers or similar equipment

· Experience using string trimmers, blowers and other small engine equipment

· Ability to lead crew of 3-4

· Ability to drive a 1-ton truck and trailer

· Understanding of all aspects of landscape maintenance is required

· Able to effectively communicate with crew members and Managers effectively

· Maintain a safe work environment free of hazards

· Takes pride in all work performed

· Ability to operate skid steer preferred

· Winter snow removal required

Requirements of the Lawn Maintenance Foreman:

1. 2-3 Years of previous experience required

2. Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

3. Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Concord, NH

4. Must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card

5. Applicants MUST pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record check upon receipts of job offer.

Pay range: $18 to $24 per hour, DOE
