Sound fun – Great! We're looking for an enthusiastic Land Operations Manager to oversee the nuts and bolts of our land operations. This role combines the excitement of outdoor sports with the satisfaction of keeping things running smoothly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage and coordinate the repair and maintenance of our fleet of bikes, e-bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards.
• Oversee the logistics of equipment deliveries and returns, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment is in top working condition.
• Handle inventory management and order supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Lead a team of technicians and recreation attendants, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

• Collaborate with other managers and staff to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any customer issues related to equipment performance or delivery services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High School diploma. Some college preferred. Must speak fluent English.

• Frequently standing up or moving within and outside the facility
• Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 55lbs
• Proficient PC computer skills
• Proven track record of managing operations and leading employees.
• Skilled in the arts of repair and maintenance for bikes, e-bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards.
• Natural leadership flair and the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and a knack for juggling multiple tasks.
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and physically engaging tasks.
• Stellar communication skills and customer service prowess.
• Valid driver’s license with a history cleaner than a polished deck.
• Candidates must be 25 years of age or older.

Pay - commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
