Maintenance Supervisor needed for a growing real estate and property management company. An excellent maintenance supervisor must be reliable, organized, professional, and have a great eye for detail. They must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as painting, electrical, appliance troubleshooting, carpentry, plumbing etc. Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling are essential. Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in property maintenance. Must have reliable vehicle and have own hand tools. Must have High School Diploma/GED. CPO Certification preferred.
The Maintenance Supervisor will assist and complete hands-on duties, as well as delegating and scheduling work for other maintenance staff.
